We have prepared this guide to help you with all the technical steps you need to follow to install your validators. We recommend that you read it carefully before making your claim.

How can I claim the validators?

All information you need is in this guide. This is an excerpt of it:
Once you have received your DAppNode and 15 days have passed since then, follow this steps:

  1. Navigate to: https://deposit.gnosischain.com/
  2. Connect the wallet that you gave when filling the order for your DAppNode
  3. Move to the “DAppNode” tab
  4. Upload the deposit_data*.json you generated with the key generation tool in step 3
  5. Click deposit
  6. Our proxy smart contract will deposit the 4 GNO to your validators! YOU control the private keys, YOU control the withdrawal key… these validators are now yours. Take good care of them!

My address is not whitelisted, what do I have to do?

You must wait 15 days after you have received your DAppNode before your Address is whitelisted, this is until the return period expires. Because it is a manual process, it may take a few more days.

If more than 20 days have passed and your address is not whitelisted, please send an email to support@nodlers.com

What is the deadline to claim my validators?

Once your address is whitelisted you have 30 days to claim your validators.

I have purchased more than 1 DAppNode, why have I only received 4 validators?

The smart contract is designed so that each address can receive 4 GNOs. If you have purchased more than one DAppNode, please send us all the addresses you want us to add to the whitelist and their order references to support@nodlers.com.


What is the delivery time for my order?

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, the minimum delivery time is 1-2 working days, while the maximum delivery time is 4-6 working days. Delivery times depend on both the country your order is being sent to and the type of shipping you have selected.

During periods of special campaigns, the preparation time may be extended due to the high volume of placed orders. We will always inform you about possible shipping delays due to special periods as well as circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation strike.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, except certain restrictions as a result of customs formalities or the high costs that the customer has to face for the merchandise collection. Currently we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, China, India, Nigeria, Ukraine or Vietnam, among others.


How do I process a return?

Processing a return with us is very easy. To find out what steps you have to follow, go to our Returns page, where you will find a detailed explanation of how to proceed.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to send a return or report a problem with your order.

Once the products have been sent for return, if the transport process takes longer than 14 days, don’t worry. The determining date is the date of dispatch of the package.

Can I exchange an item?

Any product you wish to change requires a return and the purchase of a new order. We will always process the return of the items that you do not want to keep, and we will refund the amount you paid through the same payment method you used in your purchase. Are return shipping costs at the customer’s expense?

Yes. You can choose the company and the service you prefer for shipping the items you wish to return. 

To avoid further issues, we recommend you use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination.
